The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VClean LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
